Great bookings team - helpful - replied quickly and very efficient. Service staff on the night for the most part - polite, friendly, quick to assist with any issues. Fantastic quality menu and food. Venue area/ rooms very well equipped - perfect for formal/ events/ gala's
There is no bar in the area where the event(s) are held - which means your guests have to trek through the hotel to the main bar area and queue with all other hotel guests, patrons, and restaurant customers. Service was very slow (only one member of bar staff) - This means that your guests in the events rooms end up spending more time queuing at the bar to get their drinks than in the events room itself - a secondary bar/ pop up bar in the event area would be better. Clear miscommunications between the bookings team and the events team on the night regarding curfew times - we had a contract that said our curfew was 12:30am for music and 1:00am exit and at 11:30pm we were being asked to get ready to leave/ turn off our music. The catering team did a fantastic job - food was amazing - but the service was slow considering we provide a pre-order for all food. We had asked for starters to be served at 8pm - mains to be served at 9pm - food was an hour delayed which delayed our order of service/ speeches/ entertainment. If we had known we would have delayed our DJ's etc who were being paid by the hour.
Everything was perfect!! from the first day I made contact, the actual planning, and then the actual day the service was efficient. The staff were extremely helpful on the day of the conference. The food was great and very flavoursome. All in all we had a great event thanks to the Rembrandt Hotel and all its staff, we will be back, and I highly recommend this hotel and venue. thanks to everyone who made this an amazing day possible.

The location is great, the venue was perfect for our event. The team is very helpful and were accommodating with our requests and the communication was easy and efficient. The lunch was also great both in quantity and quality.
