I have booked this studio three times now. All the times the equipments were in poor conditions such as bent chairs, mirrors cracked. However the very last time, the studio did not have the speakers as advertised. I booked this studio for dance class and due to the convenience for the dancers in terms of location. They have noted in the welcome email about speakers and this was provided the sessions I had before, and you can also see in the text message on how to connect to speakers. When I was in my session trying to contact the customer service about the missing equipment via WhatsApp as they have advertised, they will read the messages and not respond. I will try call them and they will still not respond. They have to date not responded to a single query, call, email. I have asked for refund as I was actively just trying to resolve this issue at the time as they have multiple dance studios so I thought maybe I could get one from another room but ignored. I had to go buy a speaker just to hold the class out of my own pocket which is quite far because the studio is in an industrial area. I spoke to the other tenants in the building and they actually told me that they have the worst customer service. Complete frauds. Honestly, there are other choices and I will just avoid this completely. If you can help it, even the building owners - create destroy studio. They do own a lot of studios so it’s hard but they are also involved in this because they will tell you they can’t help with trying to get hold of their tenants but then reject your other bookings. This is how I found out they own other studios as I was clearly not trying to book another dance studio with micro studios and attempted to do it on the other side of London. This was rejected on ground that I did bad business with them when I didn’t do business with them nor did I complain to them. I tried to get microstudios contact details and when they said I can’t get it due to GDPR, I left it because I understand the laws and rules of GDPR. Literally it’s one way scam because the business won’t reply to anything. When you contact the number provided on the studio, it goes to the building owners and they will also say they can’t help but then reject your future on the ground that they don’t want to do business with you. I found that very suspicious, so I will advise you to save the trouble if you can.
