The venue was great and in a good location. It had a cloakroom and DJ decks that could be used. Andrew and the team were really helpful and made sure I felt really special on my birthday. They were really personable with us and my guests also left with positive reviews of the team. They even gave me a free bottle of champagne for my birthday which was very kind. I would defo recommend.
The only thing is the communication could have been a bit better on TagVenue, however if you call the venue they will usually pick up and you can speak to someone on the phone.

Andrew was so helpful from beginning until end. He made the process easy and simple and answered the 100’s of questions that I had. The venue was perfect location wise as it is right opposite Waterloo station. My guests were impressed with the decor and layout the venue. It made my 25th birthday so special!

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
