Our organiser Laura was happy to chat with us and answer any questions we had. The bar manager Martin was amazing on the day, helping us to rearrange the furniture in the room and confirming where we would like the food and drink. We were given access to the room early in the day so we had plenty of time to decorate. The day ran really smoothly and the bar in the room was managed really well. The room has a great character to it and the hallway and staircase is decorated really nicely. The space was perfect for 100 people and we were also given a reserved section of the garden. The food was lovely and everyone complimented the venue on how many portions there were. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a good party!

The private space is great with its own private bathroom, sound system and TV. The room was perfect for our bridal shower and fit everyone comfortably. The food is good too with very helpful and friendly staff on the day. Great location and close to Leytonstone station. Loved how long we could have room until and we could arrive earlier to set the room up.
I would have appreciated more support and help after booking the venue. Once you book the venue there seemed to be minimal communication or help with planning the event. I asked for guidance on suitable food quantities, but the advice provided wasn’t very helpful and we ended up over-ordering significantly, resulting in unnecessary food waste and extra cost. Some of the food options were also quite spicy, but this wasn’t labelled on the menu, which would have been helpful for guests. Overall though, the food itself was very good. The furniture could also do with a clean, some of the coaches were ripped or a bit discoloured, which is a shame because it’s such a nice room.
