Christmas Party · 300 guests · December 2025 · Exclusive Venue Hire

I cannot recommend this venue more highly, they were fantastic and very accommodating from start to finish. The service on the night was exceptional. The bar is beautiful and it was decorated elegantly for Christmas. Thank you for the best party ever!

Poor communication

I noticed a couple of areas for improvement: The first response didn’t address all my questions, like availability, exclusivity, and capacity, which led to unnecessary follow-ups. The replies could be more structured, with clear points for each query to make the information easier to follow. A warmer, more engaging tone would enhance the overall experience.
