Space - light, airy and large
Catering - good choices and nice to have a warm meal. Also plenty of snacks throughout the day

Facilities available
The venue staff 'bamboozled' me a little bit with information on the morning, running through dietary requirements etc which I was a little unprepared for and felt very responsible for, especially when it comes to peoples nut allergies. That should have been left in the control of the staff to organise.
Plates weren't cleared off tables (however, one would have hoped that the attendees would have done this) so the organisers had to run round and do it before we could start again.
Although the venue staff were friendly, we were told to call reception with any problems which we did several times before the event started and there was no answer. Only the AV guy (Laurence) came to check all was OK late morning but I never saw Gee again after I'd signed the papers.
The accessibility of the building - having to change lifts at the second floor. It can't be helped, but it was a bit tricky for everyone and would have been easier to have a direct link.

Staff were very friendly and hospitable! We needed to end after the venue shut, and they were able to accommodate our request seamlessly. The treats were delicious too and the room was spacious - although we did us e the Tell room in the end.
Some of the quirky-ness could make your event feel a little less professional, but I guess that is just personal preference!
