I needed a quiet room in Birmingham for a morning's online meeting. Location was great, central and close to the train station. The room was comfortable and as shown in the photo. The water and note pads were appreciated. I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine so I didn't use this. Some instructions would have been helpful. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

The room was cold - around 15 degrees according to the aircon. I tried to adjust the air con but was unsuccessful. The problem seemed to be that one of the windows was open and I couldn't manage to close this. Because of this there was a some noise coming from construction work outside

Room was a nice size air conditioning worked well good that there was a fridge

some chairs could not be stopped from tilting backwards had to ring to find out how to work coffee machine had to ring to request more water weren't enough fobs for everyone so we had to keep going to let people in biscuits weren't refreshed throughout the day like it said on the meeting booking
