1. Roast turkey breast served with sage and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce
2. Vegan Wellington parcel served with red cabbage braised with cranberry
* All accompanied by oven roasted potatoes with thyme, orange glazed baton carrots, buttered sprouts and maple and cracked pepper roasted winter parsnips.
Followed by a selection of traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, vanilla panna cotta with spiced berry compote and poached pear with mulled Christmas spices.

From the point of enquiry, the team at The Studio went above and beyond to support the organisation of our conference. Ruby was our event organiser and nothing was too much trouble, I had let her know it was my first time organising an event of this size and she was incredible supportive and always replied to my emails quickly. Joe supported me with our live stream and technical needs and was approachable and supportive. On the day we were looked after by Valetta as well as a team of staff who were working hard to ensure the day ran smoothly. Drinks were refreshed without us having to ask, they moved some tables around for us and were visible and approachable all day.
The space itself was beautiful, especially the annex. The conference space was set up beautifully when we arrived. The food was delicious and vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options were included as standard. I would not hesitate to book The Studio again, from beginning to end, it was faultless.
