Excellent space for our needs, which we underutilised (with the side room of Imagine not being needed). Staff really helpful. We really appreciated them
Bottleneck at coffee time- 2 pushbutton machines are simply not enough for a room of this size and event number. Staff sourced us some urns at our request, but this was the only negative in a very positive day.

Welcoming venue, really easy to find and incredibly close to New Street Station. Lots of quirks in the internal decor made it interesting! Great catering and really good to know all remaining food is donated to support those in need in the local area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The space was open, flexible, dynamic. Everyone was so attentive including catering staff. Was great! Truly able to have a hybrid meeting also with all of the equipment. Would recommend and use again.
Only slight mishap - not even a negative...microphones ran out of battery - but that was easily solved!
