Located in the heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Primarily used for product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, movie and television, and photo shoots.
With a total of 30,000 continuous square feet, the lofts are highly customizable.
Currently, there are three lofts available: ground floor, basement, second floor, and fifth floor.
Constructed in 1890, this cast iron building was a bustling area of Manhattan and was occupied by famous textile manufacturing businesses.
The lofts still retain many of the original details. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200) that goes from Broadway to Mercer streets. They have natural light flooding in through 16-foot ceiling sash windows looking out onto Mercer and Broadway.
Please when sending an inquiry provide as much detailed information as possible such as kind of event,(corporate,,open to the public, invite only,birthday party and age, age range of invited guests.
