Our commercial retail loft located in the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district offers an open floor plan with 10,000 square feet and 10,000 sq. foot lower level. The loft spaces are customizable for your clients event.

The loft spaces has entrances on both Broadway as well as Mercer Street with 50 feet of ground level store frontage for branding and advertising potential.

The loft offers 16-foot finished tin ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and a working waterfall feature. All gives your client plenty of opportunities to create a unique event.
