About this space
Our second-floor Soho loft is a total of 10,000 sq. feet with 14-foot finished tin ceilings throughout. 12 -10 foot floor-to-ceiling windows on both Broadway and Mercer.
The loft once housed the former Pearl River Mart home store. The loft space is sub-divided with the main space approx. 7500 sq. feet and then two additional rooms that could be used for either green room/vip or the back of house or catering area.
This loft could be combined with 4 other loft spaces in the same building as well. Please schedule a walkthrough.
Please when sending an inquiry provide as much detailed information as possible such as kind of event,(corporate,,open to the public, invite only,birthday party and age, age range of invited guests. Please paint as clear of a photo of your event as it will save everyone time going back and fourth on email.
