The basement space is connected via the large internal stairwell from the ground floor space. This 10,000 sq. foot space has concrete floors throughout and finished brick walls.

This space is one of the few buildings in NYC to offer a full-service commercial event space that has been designed to host both large-scale and intimate events.
Please when sending an inquiry provide as much detailed information as possible such as kind of event,(corporate,,open to the public, invite only,birthday party and age, age range of invited guests. Please paint as clear of a photo of your event as it will save everyone time going back and fourth on email.
Guests under 25 are not allowed
No adult filming.
No smoking.
All events need to be finished by 2 a.m.
No painting on the exposed brick walls, ceiling, or floors.
Damage to the space will result in an extra charge.
