FAQ

There is a key box on the door, as the Venue Manager will not be present to let guests in. The door automatically locks, so keep the key during the shoot; before leaving, return it to the lock box and spin the dial.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
