It was a cute space & there's a nice view of the DTLA skyline. There's a lot of extra lighting equipment if you forget something / need a back up
Poor, inaccurate communication from the staff. They told us the wrong room on photo shoot day. We called for an hour trying to reach them to figure out what was wrong. No one answered.
I started trying on every door on the floor until we found our actual space. When I called the assistant on 2/12 to express my frustration they promised me a $70 refund. It was never sent.
