Responsibility for Studio Property:
By booking a session with this studio, you acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for all artwork, furniture, studio equipment, and lighting equipment present in the studio during your session.
Replacement of Damaged Material:
In the event of any damage to the studio property during your session, you are required to promptly replace the damaged material. This includes but is not limited to any artwork, furniture, studio equipment, or lighting equipment that is damaged as a result of your actions or negligence.
Convenience Fee for Replacement:
A replacement convenience fee of $50 will be charged in addition to the equal amount of the items or materials damaged themselves. This fee covers administrative costs associated with replacing and restoring the damaged property.
Additional Guest Fee:
If the number of guests exceeds the amount disclosed by the person booking the studio, an additional fee of $10 per person will be applied to cover any overage.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the studio. If pets are brought into the studio, a fee of $50 will be charged for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Surveillance Cameras:
By booking the studio space, you acknowledge that there are 2 LIVE ring cameras in the studio at all times. However, please note that these cameras do not have visibility in the changing area, and footage is not reviewed unless damage or an emergency incident occurs during your stay.
Safety and Security Fee:
In the event that you leave the studio after your booking and fail to close the main front door and lock it, as well as return the studio key, a safety and security fee of $150 will be charged to cover the costs.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

NewVolume Studios is located in the Arts District in DTLA facing skyline views and offering beautiful bright natural light and sunset views, right off of the new 6th Street Bridge. The studio offers a 12 x 12 ft. Cyclorama Wall and a luxurious hand crafted production/art studio, the perfect vibe for your next production whether it's photo , video or both. The space is 1200 sqft in size with multiple areas to capture all styles of art.
