About Vintage Apartment For Filming
Space has lots of natural lighting and beautiful sun direction for golden hour scenes. This apartment set is located in a quiet commercial building away from the streets.
Set includes 3 connecting units: suite 11, 12, and 13 which gives out the effect of 3 separate rooms in a real apartment while still allowing you to put lights behind windows or move props around freely without receiving noise complaints like in a real apartment complex. The units currently have a living room/dining area. A kitchen area. A bedroom.
The set also has a small private hall way between the 3 units to shoot entrance scenes. Unit 11 is designed as a green room for cast & crew (Please visit add on).
Most of the props in the photos are included in your booking. If there's a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
