The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant.

Please note that some rules can be waived if you make a formal request with the host.

Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
No Smoking: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
No congregating in the front of the location.
The Cyc Wall area is off-limits.

Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken.
