About The Houdini Estate

The Houdini Estate is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

The Houdini Estate is a private, theatrically styled mansion centered on extensive terraced gardens and curated Houdini-era curiosities that punctuate the grounds.

Venue highlights: The estate offers extensive terraced gardens, a rock waterfall, a natural-spring pond, hiking trails and multiple carved gazebos that create distinct outdoor event areas. The property provides on-site accommodation, fully appointed kitchens, a heated pool and spa, basic event furniture and an in-house events team to support planning and logistics.

Best for: Weddings, film and photography shoots, private milestone celebrations.

Location: Laurel Canyon sits in a wooded canyon setting and provides hillside vistas, giving events a secluded, residential atmosphere popular with creative and entertainment-industry clients.

What guests say: The events team proved responsive and experienced at delivering complex, high‑profile productions and provided practical planning support. The gardens, outdoor features and getting‑ready rooms are meticulously maintained and provide multiple distinct backdrops, and the estate supplies event tables and chairs that reduce external rental needs.
