The Houdini Estate is a privately owned theatrical estate characterized by an eclectic collection of Houdini-related curios and period-mansion interiors.
Design: The main house presents period-mansion details such as carved-stone mantelpieces and stained-glass panels alongside a range of varied indoor rooms. Exterior and interior finishes use stone and timber, and carefully positioned lanterns and uplighting define outdoor dining and gathering areas.
Features: The estate includes multiple bedrooms, a master suite with a carved-stone mantel and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, several full bathrooms plus an external half bath, and open-plan kitchens suitable for catering. The property also provides a heated pool, an outdoor spa, outdoor fireplaces and barbecue patios. Event infrastructure includes in-house tables and chairs, high-speed internet and satellite television, allowance for external DJs and music, a dedicated dance area, Wi‑Fi and a step‑free, wheelchair-accessible guest entrance.
Ideal for: Event planners and social hosts organizing relaxed, mixed indoor–outdoor receptions and residential-style gatherings.

The fenced and gated Estate can park 50 cars for a typical gathering and up to 150 cars with a valet. For events with more than 250 people, shuttles, Uber, and Lyft should be used. You can host up to 1,200 people at the property.
We provide The Estate and its engineering support staff; there are no up-sales. You have the creative freedom to bring your own caterers, musicians, equipment, rentals, and decorations. We’re also happy to make vendor suggestions and help you plan your event.
Outdoor amplified music up to 90 decibels is allowed until 10 p.m. per city ordinance with semi-silent disco afterward; indoor music can go until 1:30 a.m.
You are welcome to arrive at 3 p.m. to prepare The Estate, have a celebration, spend the night before or after your event, and enjoy the property until the 11 a.m. departure. If available, you may book a half day if you need additional time.
