Our brand new 6,800 sq ft house located in West San Fernando Valley is all set for filming and production now. This three-story building has a lot of looks and spaces which are the main reasons why it is perfect for the making of films, TV series, photoshoots, and content creation.
The uppermost floor consists of a huge living area with stunning vistas that resemble mountains, and there are also three bedrooms with adjoining lofts — perfect for sunsets. The ground level has an indoor-outdoor space with pocket La Cantina doors, a huge custom kitchen with a serving window, a game room, a comfortable living place, and a peculiar bar. The lower level has a 7-seat cinema, an artist’s studio, a vintage-inspired restroom with a claw-foot tub, a fitness or sleeping area, and a tech-style IT room that provides a wide range of creative choices for various production requirements.
