1. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
2. Unless agreed upon in advance, pets are not allowed inside the home.
3. Keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.
4. Only registered guests or those approved by the homeowner are allowed to stay overnight.
5. Respect all household amenities (pool, kitchen, electronics) and follow any specific instructions for their use.
6. Dispose of trash properly and follow recycling guidelines if provided.
7. Notify the homeowner immediately if anything is broken or damaged.
8. All illegal activities, including the use of drugs, are strictly prohibited.
9. Avoid rough handling of furniture or appliances and use coasters, placemats, etc., where necessary.
10. Park only in designated areas or as instructed by the homeowner.
