We created a magical Harry Potter experience, complete with… replica cupboard under the stairs, Dursley faux fireplace with flying letters, floating candles, flying keys, claw tub bathroom with pull chain toilet to the Magic of Ministry, potion laundry room, Weasley kitchen with double oven, convection toaster oven, sink and dishwasher, Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes fully stocked art room, 7 double seat theater in middle of room with 171” screen. Hidden door leading to bedroom/gym with Diagon Alley & Hogsmead wallpaper wall. A Harry Potter fans dream space for over-night stays, movie screening or kids art theme birthday party. Just say the magic word and it’s yours for renting!

Our insane eclectic new house is done and ready for renting/parties/filming! We just build a 6800 sq ft house in the West San Fernando Valley with so many features, you can film many location looks in just one place! This location features 3 floors. The top floor has a living room with stunning views giving the effect of being in the mountains, 3 bedrooms all with attached lofts for gorgeous sunset shots! The main floor has an indoor/outdoor effect with pocket La Cantina doors tucking nicely out of sight, as well as a pass=through window in a massive one of a kind kitchen, a game room, living room and an indescribable bar like you have never seen before. Down in the basement are 7 double theater chairs, an art room, a bathroom compete a with a pull chain toilet and claw foot tub, a workout/bedroom and an IT room to simulate and tech area. Our backyard is magic fairytale like oasis with multiple areas and a massive mountain behind to capture any remote looking shot needed or for a special party. We have seating for 75 people scattered throughout the yard. Usable sink and entertaining area up at the top of the property with a super cute bathroom access for guests.
