Our insane new house is done and ready for filming! We just build a 6800 sq ft house in the West San Fernando Valley with so many features, you can film many location looks in just one place! This location features 3 floors. The top floor has a living room with stunning views giving the effect of being in the mountains, 3 bedrooms all with attached lofts for gorgeous sunset shots! The main floor has an indoor/outdoor effect with pocket La Cantina doors tucking nicely out of sight, as well as a pass through window in a massive one of a kind kitchen, a game room, living room and an indescribable bar like you have never seen before. Down in the basement are 7 double theater chairs, an art room, a bathroom compete a with a pull chain toilet and claw foot tub, a workout/bedroom and an IT room to simulate and tech area. Our backyard is magic fairytale like oasis with multiple areas and a massive mountain behind to capture any remote looking shot needed or for a special party. We have seating for at least 75 people scattered across the yard. Usable sink and entertaining area up at the top of the property with a super cute bathroom access for guests. Great venue for weddings with a beautiful fountain for photographs. Long rectangle pool with water features. There is even a tree house to add to the whimsical feel of the space. Its a dream venue for any event!
