Our stunning new 6,800 sq ft home in the West San Fernando Valley is ready for filming and events. This three-story property offers endless looks in one location.
The top floor features a living room with mountain-style views and three bedrooms with lofts for perfect sunset shots. The main level opens to the outdoors with pocket La Cantina doors, a huge kitchen with a pass-through window, a custom bar, game room, and open living space. The basement includes a theater with seven double chairs, an art room, vintage bath, gym/bedroom, and tech-style IT room.
Outside, a fairytale-style backyard sits against a scenic mountain backdrop — ideal for filming, weddings, or parties. There’s seating for 75 guests, a beautiful fountain, a long pool with water features, and even a whimsical treehouse.
