An industrial loft with high exposed concrete beams and a columned floorplate providing an open working area. Tall multi-pane factory windows cast broad, diffused daylight onto smooth dark-painted floors and neutral walls.

Room features: On-site greenscreen and a rollable backdrop system provide controlled backgrounds for stills and motion. Lighting rigs, supplied photo and video equipment, PA speakers and Wi-Fi support camera, audio and lighting setups.

Best for: Product, portrait and editorial photography, chroma video work, and livestream or multimedia shoots.

What sets it apart: A rooftop terrace with skyline views provides an additional exterior shooting option.
