WEEKENDS (Friday & Saturdays):
- $360 per hour.
- $2,400 per day- up to 12 hours.
DISCOUNTED DAYS (Sunday, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays):

- $1,900 per day -up to 12 hours.
Cleaning Fee Policy
A minimum mandatory cleaning fee of $250 is required at the time of booking. Please select the tier that applies to your event:
Tier 1 – $250: Events with fewer than 70 guests where the venue is left in good conditions.
Tier 2 – $350: Events with more than 70 guests. This tier is mandatory for all bookings that are parties/social gatherings.
(What does "good condition" mean?- Before leaving, please ensure all trash is placed in the designated area, any dishes used are washed, and all spaces are free of clutter and spills.)

Host rules
- No smoking indoors.
- Check-in and check-out times are strict.
- 6 people max in the elevator at a time (there are stairs too)
- Music Volume can be loud, but NOT super EXTREMELY loud to the point that you can hear it from the lobby.
- No smoke/haze machines or big sparkling candles.
- No hanging out at the lobby.
- Smoking is only allowed across the street and not right in front of the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

FAQ
Yes, the requested date and time are available, and the venue would be happy to host the event.
Yes, the sound system uses both Bluetooth and a regular cable connection, so you can use whichever you prefer.
Yes, you will have full access to the elevator as well as the stairs.
Yes, you will have access to the coloured lights and can change them as you please.
Noise levels should remain at a reasonable level. Music can be loud, but if it can be heard from the lobby, it should be toned down a little.
