About this space
This bright, airy space is ideal for photoshoots, featuring 15' high ceilings, tall windows, and two wood-burning marble fireplaces. It boasts original plaster moldings, custom-built bookshelves, white hardwood floors, and a thoughtfully designed galley kitchen. The spacious living room is perfect for setups, and the large bedroom with a bay window and detailed finishes offers plenty of visual appeal.
A small office on the first floor is also available for rent at an additional cost, providing extra space for production needs or a quiet workspace.
