A small office on the first floor is also available for rent at an additional cost, providing extra space for production needs or a quiet workspace.

Host rules
- No animals allowed in the apartment.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- No permanent alterations (e.g., painting walls or making modifications).
- Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, to prevent floor damage.
- No shoes inside the apartment (models are exempt during shoots).
- Remove rugs if they are not being used in your shoot.
- Renter is responsible for trash removal before the rental period ends.
- Do not use dimmer outlets marked with black stickers, as this can cause damage.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) required prior to using the space.
- No cleaning supplies are provided; please bring your own.
- Touch-up paint fee is a minimum of $300 if needed.
- Spackling fee is a minimum of $400 if required.
- No loud music allowed to ensure a respectful environment
