This space is a professional lifestyle content studio and perfect for press, social sharing, and branded engagements. It can also be used for shooting, both video and still. Our studio loft is equipped to host creatives spanning every industry. As an event space, it's perfect for business meetings and showrooms.
This quiet studio/living space boasts 12' ceilings, wood floors, and white walls. Equipped with V flats ( c stands, tripods, and other equipment list are available upon request.)

-No pets
-No smoking & alcohol
-We ask that you leave the space in the condition you found it in
-Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request
-Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
-Setup and cleanup time must be included in the hours you book.
-Extra 10 mins grace will be given for the guests to leave the studio, we will start charging after.
-Overtime is 1.5x of our hourly rate
-A member of our staff will be on-site in a separate office for any issues that may arise
-Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level, so as to be respectful of our neighbors
-No live music or performances
-No shooting in the building corridor and staircase

Located in the heart of SoHo, this Chic Scandinavian, renovated photographer's studio is flooded with beautiful daylight. Made for Instagram, The space is meticulously designed to shoot lifestyle content within a home environment.
We have another studio space on the same floor, you can rent both studios if you need additional space.
