Our QUIET Harlem, NYC Brownstone photography studio space is perfect for a photo shoot.
We can accommodate most photo shoots, just not the LOUD ones.
If I have to ask you to not make noise, your rental will be cancelled

*RENTAL RATE, MINIMUM HOURS / EVENINGS
• 1 hour only bookings are an extra $20 paid to studio
• 2 Hours minimum, Rental Hourly Rate - (6 people incl)
• Production/Commercial shoots are extra. (provide details for review)
• Day time rate = 9-8 pm. Before 9 am or after 8 pm, shoots will have a surcharge.
• Video rental - Please send details on whats happening on the shoot

- 15’ x 25’ studio shoot area
- 1 Profoto D1 500. Extra lighting is available for rent
- Seamless: WHITE 9’ wide background included - Colors + $10/$20
- Flash Transmitter available
- HAIR / MAKEUP station
- 4 Apple boxes, Floor Fan, Tripod, Reflectors, grids n gels
- Steamer & Garment Rack (We have Hangers)
- Some Props, Stools and Chairs etc

*Other equipment & support available for rent at additional charge
* Spotlighter + $30 (Godox BFP Flash Projection)
• Canon RF Lens for rental: 50mm, 85mm, 24-105mm F4 = $30
• Profoto D1 1000 - $40, Beauty dish $10, Octa $20
• Digital/Lighting Tech support $40 up to 30 minutes
• Photographer pro is available for hire $200+, Provide shoot details...
• 2 Video lights for rent + $20
• 7 + people is production rate surcharge. (for review / $10 each)
Late Departure will be billed in 30 minute increments at 1.5x the contracted hourly rate.
Please leave the space as it was found.

HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking anywhere in the building
• No parties or loud music — this is a professional studio
• Outside catering is permitted
• Alcohol is allowed only with prior approval
• No open flames, fog machines, or glitter
• Setup and breakdown must be completed within the booking time
• No loitering in hallways or shared building areas
• Furniture and decor must be returned to original positions
• Guests must take all personal items and trash upon leaving
• Damage to the space or equipment will be billed after the event
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
