This open-space loft sits inside a historic 200-year-old building. It has high ceilings, original wood flooring, and huge south-facing windows that fill the space with natural light. Inside, there are distinct lifestyle arrangements for different production needs. It includes a cozy seating area with vintage furnishings, a styled kitchen, and a fake bathroom scene—ideal for content creation.
The layout is adaptable, making it easy to shoot photo, video, and podcast projects all in one visit. A dressing room doubles as an office, and curated decor pieces bring texture and character to every frame.

Host rules
1. Respect the space
Treat all equipment, furniture, and the studio itself with care. You’re responsible for any damage during your booking.
2. No smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the studio.
3. Alcohol policy
Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval and must be used responsibly.
4. Rental time includes setup and cleanup
Plan your session to include setup and cleanup within your booked time to avoid overtime fees.
5. Noise levels
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during recordings. Be mindful of our neighbors and other studio users.
6. Maximum capacity: 30 people
For safety and comfort, please stick to the 30-person limit.
7. Clean up after yourself
Leave the studio as you found it. Throw away any trash and return items to their original place.
8. No open flames
Candles, incense, or anything with an open flame are not allowed.
9. Use equipment responsibly
Feel free to use available gear and props—just handle everything with care and return it when done.
10. Report issues promptly
Let us know right away if anything isn’t working or if something comes up during your session.
