About this space

A charming parlor-level floor in a brownstone apartment, thoughtfully styled with curated vintage furnishings. The space showcases 13-foot ceilings, original decorative molding, and a marble fireplace with an electric insert, offering both character and elegance.

The layout features a spacious living room, a striking front entrance room with an optional queen-size Murphy bed (which can be styled as a bedroom for photoshoots), a storage/wardrobe area, a kitchen, and a private 16 ft x 16 ft patio. A half bathroom with a toilet and sink is also available.

The garden level below can be added to your booking for an additional flat fee of $450.

Filled with natural light and unique personality, the space is ideal for photo shoots, interviews, podcasts, and film or documentary productions. It also lends itself well to offsite meetings, client fittings, castings, baby showers, and other intimate, low-key events.

Really unique venue we used for a bridal party “day of”. Plenty of space for HMU plus 15 girls. Zoe was very nice to work with. We did outside catering from Poppy’s and that process was easy.

The refrigerator was not working and the storage/hang up space was full of “stuff” and really disorganized which did not allow for anyone to use to hang up dresses.
