• Confetti or glitter are allowed.
• For events, the guest bedroom is locked. The closet to the main bedroom is also locked, which eliminates one bathroom.
• Images of the venue will be taken before and after each retail. Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
• No event past 1am.

The event space was very nice and was a great layout for my party!
Just wanted to share a bit of feedback about our experience booking this venue. We really loved the space itself, but I’d be remiss not to mention a few things that made the process more frustrating than expected. After our great first interaction with the host, Eric, I had to follow up multiple times to actually confirm the booking. Then just a few days before the event, we were told we couldn’t have a DJ due to prior issues, even though that was a key part of why we booked your space. Unfortunately, the cops did show up which did put a damper on the party/guests. Which was very unfortunate considering the amount of money we paid for the space and DJ. And on the day of, I was a little stressed trying to reach the host — his phone was on DND and the address he put on the tagvenue was not correct (said it was on the 11th floor but gave us an apartment on the 8th floor) . On top of that, we had to move out a heavy table ourselves, even though we had agreed he would have it set out for us. We made sure all our guests were out by 12am. We made a big effort to ensure we respected his space and cleaned up after ourselves so his cleaner didn’t have as much work to do. Even though we paid nearly $300 cleaning fee. That said, the noise complaint and the last-minute changes definitely put a damper on the night, especially considering how much we paid. While the space is very nice and a great environment for a party, I honestly can't recommend this space to future guests. This space is not designed for a larger party as it seems his neighbors are fed up with him hosting loud parties most likely every weekend. I would say this space is more suited for a dinner party, production company, smaller gathering, etc.

Very poor communication
We absolutely loved the space — it’s beautiful and has a lot of potential for hosting a great event. That said, I do feel it’s important to share a few parts of our experience that were frustrating and worth considering. After a great initial interaction, it took several follow-ups on my end to actually confirm the booking. A few days before the event, we were told that DJs were no longer allowed due to prior issues — this was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose the space. Unfortunately, the police did show up, which understandably impacted the vibe and experience for our guests, especially given the cost of the rental and DJ. The day of the event, I had trouble reaching the host as their phone was on DND, which added stress to setup. We also had to move a large table ourselves that we were told would be pre-set, which wasn’t ideal. We made sure to be fully out by 12am and took care to clean up thoroughly to respect the space and help the cleaner. While we did our part, the miscommunications and last-minute changes made the process more stressful than expected. Honestly the host wasn't great to work with. He was not good at communicating and lacked organization. If you're going to book this place for your party it's not suited for a louder party. Do not hire a DJ the cops will be called and it will be a waste of your money. Also, he does not allow any accommodation/grace period to set up and clean up. He will not let you in even 10-15 mins before the party starts to simply hang a few decorations. Also, on top of the $300 cleaning fee he will charge you, he expects that all clean up is done within the allotted time you paid for. Other than the DJ playing music that wasn't even that loud, we had a very tame party. We cleaned up everything, cups/plates, alc, etc were all placed in garbage bags and put neatly in the corner. He still complained I left it horribly. Overall, I’m sharing this with the hope it helps improve future bookings.
