Huge space with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the East Village just off Tompkins Square Park. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides and is truly an oasis in the city.
The design of the house is spectacular. Inside, strikingly modern, industrial design, and high ceilings. Outside, a 720 sq. ft. patio garden accessible through the kitchen with a pergola, which is illuminated with fairy lights at night.
The living room has a fireplace and a dining room table that seats 8-10. It also has a couch that seats about 6-8. Kitchen is modern with top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ and fire pit in the garden as well as a table that seats 8.
Ideal space for a variety of events including mixers, dinner parties, cocktail parties, baby showers, small weddings, graduations, birthdays, corporate events, off-sites and fund-raisers.
Great space for shoots as there is tons of natural light and it's exceptionally quiet.

FEES:
Set up and break down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow enough time to get the space ready for your event and to break down and leave the house in good shape.
Overtime is charged at time and a half.
Site visits are encouraged!
Rental includes living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. Upstairs bedrooms can be rented for additional fee for hair and make up rooms for shoots.
All bookings over 8 hours get a 20% discount.

- Smoking allowed on patio only
- Not appropriate for rowdy parties or lots of dancing
- Please don't congregate in front of building when your event ends
- No glitter or confetti allowed
- Please tidy up before you leave
- If there are guests under 21 then you need to alert me in advance and let me know who the guardians are
- No DJs with their own sound system; however the sound system in the house is excellent and quite loud
This is my home when it's not being rented for events so please treat with respect.
Set up and break down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for you event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape.
Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
