About this space

The venue presents a compact, double-height main room with decorative painted wall panelling, high ceilings and a black-and-white checkerboard floor. Large windows deliver natural daylight while ornate fittings and a central crystal chandelier shape the interior's visual character.

Room features: In-house PA and speakers provide on-site sound for playback and presentations. Reliable Wi‑Fi and air conditioning support longer production days, and full-length mirrors assist styling and wardrobe checks.

Best for: Editorial and fashion photography, portrait sessions and small-scale film or promotional shoots that need a furnished, highly stylised house interior.

What sets it apart: A built-in mezzanine provides an elevated balcony level for higher camera positions.

The space was clean, beautiful, well equipped with extra trash bags, paper towels, ice, and cleaning supplies. The decor was absolutely stunning!! There was someone onsite to show us how to work the lights and speakers, which was very helpful. I hosted a murder mystery birthday dinner and the vibe of the space fit that perfectly. Would definitely rent out this space again and recommend it!

Birthday Party · 40 guests · July 2023

A truly one-of-a-kind space in NYC. Think Alice in Wonder meets Oscar Wilde (the bar in Midtown) set in a Victorian era interior while the outside is undeniably Brooklyn. Brittyan was very communicative throughout the entire process and Paula was very professional. My guests and I had a wonderful time at the venue.
