Recording Studio + Steinway features a WRAITH Audio recording console and is equipped with over 100 plug-ins. In addition in the room runs the Protools HD3 and the vocal chain consists of an Avalon 737 and a Neve 1073 clone.
The space also features a smaller Vocal-Booth equipped with a Neumann U87 mic, which can accommodate a full band or up to a 12-piece string or brass section and there is a Steinway Model A Grand piano and a Yamaha Oak Custom drum kit.
Additional coins are great views of Midtown and a lounge area with an optional wet bar & amazing acoustics.

- A valid ID is needed in-person on-site during the time of your booking to complete the booking process.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the building.
- Each space has a specified capacity number. If you plan on having more than the number in the larger spaces that can accommodate, advance approval is required as well as a studio assistant add-on fee is required for the entirety of the booking (minimum 2hrs) as well as a per-person add-on fee.
