About this space
A beautiful room with a view of the New York skyline will make your podcast take place in amazing style. Opportunity to conduct discussions in groups of 5 people. Thanks to the possibility of various combinations of seats, it is also possible to conduct night talk shows here.
The room features Rodecaster and multiple strategically placed camera mounts, multiple overhead RGB light positions, an overhead Lantern light, and SlingStudio. There is a possibility to choose between 1-5 inconspicuous Shure Lavaliere mics for a more executive feel or 1-5 SM7B mics for a more traditional broadcast feel.

- Video Streaming: $10.00/hour. Live streaming on Youtube, Facebook, or Vimeo. Please provide Streamkeys or other needed items with your engineer before your show begins.
- Camera Rental (LUMIX GH5): $50.00/item. Rent a Lumix GH5 for a truly professional look for your video that shoots in 4k.
- iPhone XR: $20.00/item. Rent all three iPhones for multiple high-quality camera angles, or rent individually for a lower price.
- Session Engineer: $55.00/hour. A dedicated sound engineer will assist you during the session by doing all tasks like plating intro & outro music, controlling sound and lighting special fx, switching camera views, and other extra assistance needed during your recording.
- Post Production: $100.00/hour. Includes editing the video and the audio from your recording. This includes; transitions between cameras, color correction, and inserting graphics and music in the video and audio processing.
- Special FX Lighting: $ 20.00 flat fee. For overhead colored lighting to be added in.
- Micro SD & USBflash 32GB & Adapter: $ 25.00, 64GB: $40, 128 GB: $60 flat fee. These items are necessary to gather all your audio and video recordings from your session. If you do not have these, we can provide them to you at the end of your session.
- Media Transfer options are also available via WeTransfer: HD Video and/or Audio: $50 flat fee (48hr turnaround) 4K Video and Audio: $100 flat fee (48hr turnaround) .

- A valid ID is needed in-person on-site during the time of your booking to complete the booking process.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the building.
- Each space has a specified capacity number. If you plan on having more than the number in the larger spaces that can accommodate, advance approval is required as well as a studio assistant add-on fee is required for the entirety of the booking (minimum 2hrs) as well as a per-person add-on fee.
