Private Terrace Skyline View is a luxurious terrace located on the roof of a luxury building in the center of New York. Thanks to the location in a great location, there is a view of the wonderful Manhattan around.
It is an ideal place for various events - Great for corporate events and photo/video sessions. The outdoor space is over 1300 square feet. The indoor space is 600 square feet. In addition, an external projector and a large cinema screen with a sound system distinguish this space from others.

Host rules
- A valid ID is needed in-person on-site during the time of your booking to complete the booking process.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the building.
- Each space has a specified capacity number. If you plan on having more than the number in the larger spaces that can accommodate, advance approval is required as well as a studio assistant add-on fee is required for the entirety of the booking (minimum 2hrs) as well as a per-person add-on fee.
