PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
50% deposit is due to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the event. All payments must be made via ACH following the invoice link mailed electronically. Payments by credit card will be subject to an additional 3% processing fee. We will keep the credit card information on file to charge any additional extras that will occur on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation of the booking is not made 30 days prior to the event, the client will be charged 100% of the estimated fees.
- The booking is valid only for the date originally indicated and the balance can’t be transferred to a different date.
- If the cancellation is caused by the event location, the client will be reimbursed for any payment made up to that point.
We will charge a 10% deposit for certain events at our own discretion and it will be reimbursed once the event is concluded and used for the following occurrencies:
1. SFL Overtime $350 per hour 8am to 12am
2. ANNEX Overtime $550 per hour 8 am to 12 am
3. Extra cleaning fee $300-500
4. Upholstery cleaning $300 per couch if stained
5. Trash in excess of 5 bags $10 per bag
6. Other damages and incidentals that may occur as determined at the end of the event.
The client is also responsible for having all rentals delivered and picked up on time as well as personal belongings as agreed with the venue or a storage fee might apply.
In case earlier access to the premises is requested or failure to leave the premises by the time stated in the contract will result in overtime charges.
Our facility is 100% non-smoking/vaping. Any infractions will result in the immediate termination of the event.
FAQ
Yes. In-house furniture, including a podium, is provided at no additional cost. The venue can help set up the AV projector and sound, but an outside AV technician is required for anything beyond what is provided; the venue does not stay on-site to run the AV and only assists as needed after set-up.
The floor plan can be adjusted to include food and beverage, additional high tops behind the theatre-style seating, a large round food table and two wooden bar islands. Guests can either walk around the booths or have them flush with the wall; the proposed set-up works well for the group size and provides additional mingling space behind the chairs.
Yes. The building can be accessed via a small wheelchair ramp and sidewalk-level access via a freight elevator. Spacious Studios 1 has one wheelchair-accessible restroom, and the Annex also has a wheelchair-accessible restroom.
Spacious Studio 1 has additional lighting, and the space should be viewed to determine whether more spotlighting is needed. An AV lighting technician can be recommended if additional spotlighting is required.
