About this space

Midtown Multimedia Space is an event space in Quad Recording Studios, an open-plan multimedia room centred on an LED-lit column that divides lounge, bar and dance areas.

Design: The room presents an industrial-club aesthetic, with exposed dark-painted ceilings, suspended acoustic panels and wood-effect flooring. The layout pairs low lounge seating and high bar stools around a broad open central floor beneath track lighting and window light.

Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a PA system and permission to play your own music or bring a DJ. The space provides a dedicated dancefloor area, a pool table, movable high tables and bar seating plus wheelchair access and accessible toilets. The room also receives natural daylight from multiple windows and has adjustable stage-style lighting.

Ideal for: Creative teams and music-focused groups looking for a relaxed, social standing reception or informal seated hangout that supports mingling and performances.

What guests say: The space is lively and atmospheric. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
