Spanning over 2,500 square feet, this spacious studio serves multi-use purpose. It's a yoga/meditation studio by day, and can be transformed into various settings. The space is a classic New York artist loft. It has high ceilings, pristine white brick walls, and tall columns with some exposed pipes.
It has an upright piano, resonant gong, and a collection of guitars.
Whether you're planning a photoshoot, filming a scene, hosting an event/party, or simply seeking inspiration, this space is a white canvas for your creation.
The studio also has a full kitchen for culinary events, two bathrooms, shower, and an outdoor roof patio.
This is run by a yoga studio. Guests are highly encouraged to remove shoes in the hallway. Please leave the space how you found it. Thank you!

A big beautiful loft space in Long Island City by the waterfront—we’re about as multipurpose as a space can get. Think: private dinner parties, brand pop-ups, art shows, corporate lunches, photoshoots, YOGA!
