Home Studios Inc. is a loft-style venue comprising three daylight studios; its defining quality is large, open studio spaces flooded with natural light.

Design: The venue presents a wide, open loft with high ceilings, white-painted walls, tall arched windows and a pressed-tin ceiling; slender columns mark the floorplate while keeping sightlines open.

Features: A professional PA system and speakers are available, and external DJs or guest playlists are permitted. Complimentary Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided. A step-free guest entrance and wheelchair-accessible layout are in place.

We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios.
As respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. All music must end by 11:30 pm.
8-hour minimum time block to book this space, or 6 hours at an adjusted hourly rate.
Please no vinyl on the floor.
All ages are allowed in the space.
