Welcome to a premier ground-floor event/production space in the iconic Lower East Side of Manhattan! This spacious fully equipped 2,000-square-foot art gallery comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests and features soaring 11-foot ceilings, a museum-quality art collection, curated designer furnishings, and refined details throughout. Among A/V equipment are Bose and Bang & Olufsen speakers, Epson and XGIMI projectors, laser/LED lights and more. Architectural lighting allow to illuminate the space in any color of your choice. Three movable walls offer a unique opportunity to customize the space for your project.

The space offers the sophistication of a luxury venue with exceptional value at a rate of $500/hr during week and $550/hr during weekends, holidays and NYFW. All amenities are free.
