Beautiful and spacious SoHo-style loft studio in the heart of Midtown offers both flexibility and privacy, featuring unique Roman columns, 14-ft high ceilings, grand double doors, a lofted mezzanine that can be used for DJ setup, backstage area, or private lounge, and 2 modular walls that can serve as space dividers, exhibition walls, or fashion show backdrops.

Ideal for pop-ups, art shows, fashion shows, exhibitions, showrooms, PR events, launch events, networking events, corporate events, workshops, private events, social gatherings, photo shoot, film shoot, and more.
