Our Midtown Manhattan loft studio is perfect for Showrooms, Fashion Shows, Art Exhibitions, Social Gatherings, and more.

- Mezzanine: Ideal for a DJ setup, backstage area, or private lounge.
- 2 Movable Modular Walls: Ideal as backdrops or space dividers, repainting in custom colors available as an add-on.
- 1 Private bathroom (across from the studio entrance, separate from the main space)
- Changing room with clothing rack, steamer, and hangers
- 2 Makeup stations
- Elevator: 24/7
- Freight elevator: Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm & 2pm–5pm; off-hours available upon request.
