Host your event in our beautiful and spacious loft studio. This distinctive SoHo-style space in the heart of Midtown offers both flexibility and privacy, featuring unique Roman columns, 14-ft ceilings, grand double doors, a lofted mezzanine that can be used for DJ setup, backstage area, or private lounge, and 2 modular walls that can serve as backdrops for photo shoots, space dividers, exhibition walls, or fashion show backdrops.

Ideal for pop-ups, art shows, fashion shows, exhibitions, showrooms, PR events, launch events, networking events, corporate events, workshops, private events, social gatherings, and more.

Please include in your inquiry a brief summary of who you are, how you plan to use the space, the duration of use, and the estimated number of attendees. Event setup and breakdown must be included in your booking time.

- Modular walls may not be removed from the space, and self-moving is prohibited for safety.
