With over 10 years of experience, we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches, and celebrity chef demonstrations.

Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings and two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th-century building.

We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios.
As respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. All music must end by 11:30 pm.
8-hour minimum time block to book this space, or 6 hours at an adjusted hourly rate.
Please no vinyl on the floor.
All ages are allowed in the space.

Travis and his team are great communicators and when I had a question or request, they were quick to respond. I really appreciated this. The venue is even better in person, and if you are considering the space based on on-line images, I highly recommend visiting the location. The space is a classic New York loft with a lot of flexibility. The space worked very well for my party of 120 people. I was concerned as the number increased but I the space accommodated that number with no problem. I recommend this space for a formal or casual gathering. I would happily work with them again. They all did a great job.
It would be good to have someone at the side entry loading area. It was a bit of a challenge getting things into the building when I had to be upstairs, so best to have someone delegated to that task of helping with the loading door and elevator.

This space was perfect for a 60 person company welcome dinner. The staff was unbelievably helpful, accommodating, and professional. The high ceilings, big windows and brick wall made for a very NYC feel for our out of town guests. Having 2 kitchens is a HUGE perk for events as well. I would absolutely come back.
Small thing, but we didn't bring in any knives because it's just hard to transport those for an event. I fully acknowledge this is nit picky but it would have been nice to have a knife or two around for food prep.

No, the overhead sound system cannot accommodate that configuration. An additional PA must be brought on-site; the venue can help facilitate this or discuss it directly with the musicians.

No. DJs must bring their own PA, as the venue’s overhead sound system is not suitable for DJ connections.

Yes, the venue has hosted past events with multi-use needs, including a half-conference and half-cocktail set-up.

In-house AV includes a sound system, wireless microphone, freestanding projector and HD screens. General event lighting is available, but dedicated runway lighting is not provided in-house.

No, noise is not an issue in terms of sound carrying into the main loft space when flushing.
