About this space
Volume is our 4,000sf of venue with two separate rooms, that includes polished floors, high ceilings, a custom bar, video projection walls, sound system , VIP area, full DJ Booth, and restrooms.
Please note that the DJ Booth are separate Add-ons and not included in the base price. The bar may only be attended by our licensed bartenders. If you wish to have access these areas, please let us know so we can provide you with the appropriate rate.
In addition, if you are serving alcohol, all guest must be 21yo or over and you must add-on our bartenders and in-house security at an additional fee. Client selling of Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue and building including Vapes. . Video security is active at all times in addition to an on-site building security guard 24/7. If you plan on decorating, please let us know well in advance as any decorating must be approved in advance. If you are using an outside decorator or event planner, they must provide us with their insurance certificate and include details of the decorating plan in writing for approval. If you are catering food, there is an addition $150 cleaning fee and any leftover food must be taken out by the caterer. No cooking is allowed in the venue. This includes fryers, microwaves and ovens. Sterno burners are allowed in specific areas.

Lorenzo and his team are terrific and delivered as promised. Nice people, and for our screening (we had about 75 people attending), the location and venue served us all just fine! I recommend checking them out for a event space, film private screening, and even for theatrical needs for those looking for a performance space for new play readings, performances, etc. I will definitely use them again!

The venue was true to the listing. We were able to accommodate our models and guests. The host was very helpful when we had questions.
On the day of the event, it took them 30 minutes to let us in. When we were inside someone was sleeping in the venue.

Lorenzo was very attentive and kind. He made the day go smoothly! He had everything the DJ needed, smoke machine, beautiful led lights he can control from his phone, he created a cute dressing room for my daughter & friend to change outfits! But more than that, he was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire event! I did a lot of decorating and setting up things myself; he was supportive throughout!
