About this space
An intimate, design-forward space in the heart of Chelsea, ideal for private gatherings, corporate offsites, workshops, meetings, intimate dinners, tastings, wellness events, brand activations, product launches and creative events.
The space features exposed brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings, natural light and warm, curated furnishings. Its flexible open layout can be configured for a variety of uses, with an expandable central dining table that can seat up to 10 guests or be repositioned to create additional open floor space. Built-in window seating provides an additional area for guests to gather.
A hospitality kitchenette includes two sinks, a mini refrigerator, filtered water on tap and counter space for beverage and catering service. A three-compartment sink and private restroom are located toward the rear of the space. Outside catering is welcome.
The ground-floor location offers direct street-level access from West 17th Street, making arrival and load-in easy. Large street-facing windows bring in natural light, while curtains can be adjusted for additional privacy.
With its exposed brick and distinctive tea house-inspired design, the space offers the character of a classic Chelsea interior while feeling warm, elevated and intentionally intimate—a unique alternative to a traditional meeting room or event venue.
Prices
A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be returned following the booking, provided the space is left in good condition with no damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
All setup, vendor access, deliveries and breakdown must take place within your reserved booking time. Outside catering is welcome. Alcohol, larger installations and significant furniture or production setups require prior approval.
Additional hours may be added, subject to availability. Tea service, wellness programming and other customized experiences may also be available upon request for an additional fee.
