About this space
Garden Room at Kashkaval Garden - a private dining area with a skylight, located at the back of our Mediterranean restaurant in the center of Manhattan. This cozy and friendly space has a wooden texture, lots of plants and a glass ceiling that allows sunlight to stream in during the day and gives the room a nice glow at night—a true 9th Avenue hidden treasure.
Your occasion will come with the Garden Room that you can use exclusively, along with the staff dedicated to you, the customizable food and drink packages, and the options for changing the layout. No matter if it is served buffet-style, cocktail-style, or family-style, our Mediterranean event menus will have signature dishes from our skilled cooks, along with selected wines, draft beers, and cocktails.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
- Any two hour block, between 5pm and ending by 10pm
- Additional time is available as per room charges shown below
- Any party size with a maximum of 40 people
- Four course dinner served buffet or Family Style (large, shared dishes on the dinner table)
- Includes beverage package of red and white wines, draft beer, soda, coffee, tea
- Upgrade to include well cocktails (mixed drinks) for an additional $20 per person, or $30 per person for Premium liquor
Early or late bird 25% discount pricing may be available for the packages below for two hour events between 2pm and ending by 6pm, or 10pm ending by midnight.
Cocktail Party
- Any two hour block, between 5pm and ending by 10pm
- Additional time is available as per room charges shown below
- Any party size up to a maximum of 40 people
- Choice of appetizers served buffet style. Passed appetizers are also available for an additional amount (see below)
- Includes beverage package of mixed well liquor drinks, red/white wine, draft beers, sodas, coffee, tea
- Upgrade to Premium Liquor for an additional $18 per person

Weekday Lunch or Weekend Brunch
- Any two hour block, between 11am and ending by 4pm
- Any party size up to a maximum of 40 people
- Food served buffet style with choice of items
- Lunch and Brunch Include sodas, coffee, & tea
- Brunch drink package available for additional $20 mimosa/bloody mary station or
- Refer to semi private drink package

Host rules
Event Duration: We ask that guests respect the booking time of their event so that we’re able to clean and prepare the space for other guests. Events that go beyond the agreed upon duration will incur a per hour room fee billed in 10 minute increments until the last guest has left.
Drink Caps: We reserve the right to apply the following caps to beverages in the packages above - any additional drinks would be charged as ordered:
Wine capped at 1 bottle (4 glasses) per person
Mixed drinks and beers capped at 5 per person
Deposit: We’ll request a 25% deposit to hold the reservation, which is refundable minus a 10% administration fee up to 3 days prior to the event. Any deposit refunds for cancellations within 3 days are at the discretion of the management.
Additionals: Guests always have the option to order drinks or menu items that are not included in the package a la carte. Any items not included in the package, or above the drink caps will be added as additionals to the final bill.
