Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the space.
• No outside DJs or sound systems without prior approval. A DJ fee may apply if approved.
• Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
• Music volume must remain at a reasonable level and comply with local noise regulations.
• No open flames (including candles) without prior approval.
• No items may be nailed, screwed, taped, glued, or otherwise affixed to walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, or fixtures.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment.
• All events must end on time, including breakdown and load-out.
