• All bookings must be approved in advance by the host.
• The space must be returned in the same condition as it was provided.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, fixtures, or furnishings.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside the venue.
• Outside food and beverages must be approved in advance.
• Events involving alcohol must receive prior approval and may require additional requirements.
• The number of guests, crew members, and vendors must not exceed the agreed booking capacity.
• All vendors, equipment, props, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the rental period unless otherwise approved.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included within the reserved rental hours.
• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that violate building regulations are not permitted.
• The renter is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all guests, staff, and vendors during the booking.
